The organisation works solely on intervention programs that are rooted in community engagement and overlaps with the various roles they play in conservation in a more regional and local manner. As a part of the ethos of the organisation, we aim to empower ourselves and the communities we are working with to conserve certain sects of the environment with the knowledge and resources necessary for the sustenance of the program long term by the community itself.
An example of such a program module is the dog management program which has not only been working in the capital, Kathmandu, but also in Kirtipur and Birgunj.
